I have also had training in Facial Reflexology at the well established Ziggie Bergman school in London. Facial Reflexology works in exactly the same way as on the feet. It benefits the body by engaging with the body's internal organs, central nervous system and neuro-biological system. A treatment will address lymphatic drainage massage which leaves the face looking fresh, relaxed and softer. It is non invasive and clients are fully clothed. It suits those who do not like their feet being touched.
A treatment begins with with a short health check and once you are comfortable on the Lafuma chair [gravity chair], I cleanse the face and then apply [vegan] facial oil before beginning the treatment. The oil used enhances the experience of the treatment, as it provides added benefits such as nourishing and revitalising the skin. After a gentle massage, I then use gentle pressure on different reflex points on the face. This experience is very relaxing, and some clients even fall asleep. The face appears rosy and rejuvenated afterwards. It aids well-being and can be incorporated with foot reflexology. After a fully body treatment, you will leave feeling calm, de-stressed and energized.
