During 2020, I posted a few tips on hand reflexology. I trained in Face Reflexology using the renowned Bergman Method and I would like to share a tip you can easily do at home. The previous two have focussed on Headaches and Insomnia. This time the chart demonstrates a tip for MENOPAUSE. I hope you find it useful. Another will follow soon ....

In brief ...Reflexology is an ancient, complementary therapy that works on the feet, hands and face. Following illness, stress or injury, the body may be in a state of imbalance and vital energy "zones" are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology is used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium which aids towards the healing process.
Usually after a treatment, tension may be reduced and you will certainly feel relaxed. You might also notice your mood and sense of wellbeing improving. You may also find that other aspects of your health improve (sleep, for example); however, this happens on an individual basis. Anxiety is another example of how reflexology can "level out" the nervous system and elicits a warm feeling of calm and stillness. It is a perfect therapy to boost the body's immunity - especially important during winter months.
